Discover the Excitement of Athletics
Every week, athletes will take part in engaging, age-appropriate sessions that combine the fundamental disciplines of athletics with fun, dynamic activities designed to keep children motivated and inspired.
From sprinting down the track and mastering jumping techniques to developing throwing skills and athletic coordination, each session is carefully designed to improve physical literacy, athletic ability, and overall confidence.
Young athletes will develop:
- Speed, agility, and coordination
- Running, jumping, and throwing techniques
- Balance, mobility, and athletic movement skills
